初めてでしたので、おすすめのコンビプレートで若鳥と洋風ハンバーグを選択して、食後にアイスコーヒーを注文しました。

が、それまではランチで利用していました。
お店の雰囲気も良く、料理のボリューム・味ともに良いです！
コンビネーションランチがお得感ありありです♪
コロナが落ち着いたら、自分自身での行きたい店リストに入ってます。
I can't go because I was sick of Corona and had to commute to work on holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年8月2日(日)に洋楽厨房 ソーシエ(Saucier)を訪れました。
お店の造りは、テーブル席とカウンター席があります。
客層は老若男女幅広く、常連客も多いようです。
店内ではゆったりとしたBGMが流れていました。
テーブル席に着くと冷たい水とコンソメスープが出されました。
コンソメスープは熱々でカイワレ大根が入れられています。
旨味と味わいがたっぷりです。
お店の人のにこやかな接客も良く、常連客が多いのもわかります。
コンビネーションランチを食しました。
税抜850円でドリンクをつけると税抜1000円であり、税込1100円でした。
メインを若鶏のジャポソース、ハンバーグステーキ、海老フライから2つ選ぶことができます。
若鶏のジャポソースと洋風のハンバーグステーキを選びました。
ドリンクはアイスティーにしました。
サラダはレタス、トマト、キュウリ、水菜などにフレンチドレッシングがかけられています。
若鶏のジャポソースは皮の部分がパリパリに焼かれ香ばしく、お肉はしっとりとしてやわらかく味わいがあります。
ソースは柑橘類の風味がしてさっぱりとしています。
ハンバーグステーキは、しっとりとして少し弾力があり、つくねのような食感です。
ソースはあっさりめであるが味わいがありました。
ライスはかために炊かれていました。
アイスティーは食後に出していただきました。
華やかな風味が口の中に広がります。
美味しかったです。

You can choose two mains from young chicken japo sauce, hamburger steak, fried shrimp.
I chose young chicken japo sauce and western style hamburger steak.
The drink was iced tea.
For salad, French dressing is applied to lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mizuna, etc.
The chicken japo sauce has a crispy skin and is fragrant, and the meat is moist and soft.
The sauce has a refreshing citrus flavor.
The hamburger steak is moist and slightly elastic, and has a texture like Tsukune.
The sauce was light but tasty.
The rice was cooked for the sake.
Ice tea was served after meals.
A gorgeous flavor spreads in your mouth.
It was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼にお邪魔しました。二種類のチョイスが出来る様なので牡蠣フライ､ハンバーグと牡蠣フライ日替(チキンカツ)を戴きました。ライスは白米と穀米の半分ずつです。
手作りの洋食は美味しいです。

予約をしていなかったのですが、席がたまたま空いていたのか、入れました。
お料理はどれもボリュームがあって、すごく美味しかったです。
美味しすぎて写真を撮ることを忘れていました。
ワインの種類も多く美味しくて、つい飲みすぎてしまいました。
女将さんは、気さくで面白くて、ワインの知識が豊富で可愛らしい方でした。
シェフは、寡黙。このバランスが丁度良かったです。
