I have traveled using go to travel. My friend is Saitama. I was a little violating the rules in Tokyo, but I was able to travel at half price because the rental car shop said "off record" ♪

が、小声で話して客に聞こえないようにすべき内容の話をでっかい声で話していて、かなり不快でした
あとレンタカー屋には珍しく、ガソリン満タンで返却するという案内がなかったです
忘れてただけだと思いますが
I think the customer service is good. (I thought it was polite)
However, it was quite unpleasant to speak in a loud voice and talk about what should not be heard by the customer.
Also, it was rare for a rental car shop, and there was no guidance to return it with a full tank of gasoline.
I think I just forgot
