★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、見学をさせていただき、主治医にお願いをし、意見書を書いてもらいました。(保険外なので2800円の負担)
こちらへ郵送した後に、ホステル利用をお願いしたら、
「出来ません」
と。部屋は開いているが、私とはホステルの契約をしていない、と言われました。見学の際に、ホステル内の部屋や利用を共有部分の説明も受けたのに。しかも見学の時に
「ホステルの利用をするのには事前に連絡をしてください。一泊1000円と電気代の負担をお願いしてます」
まで言われたのに相談のみの契約しかしてないと言われ、だったら何でホステルの話がでて見学までさせてもらったのに相談のみの契約何ですか？と尋ねたら電話を一方的に切られました。
こちらからかけると電話を切られるため、メールで連絡をしたら
日にちを開けて再
「意見書なら返します。契約を解除したい」
「営業妨害ですよ。」
と言われました。消費者センターに相談したら
「じゃあ宿泊は１回だけですよ。今回だけですから。特別です」
と言われました。
