★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo hotel (adult only). Tudo limpo, a banheira é grande cabe duas pessoas. Os pedidos de bebidas e comidas são feitos pela TV (tem menu em inglês) e pagamento feito no próprio quarto. Na recepção a escolha do quarto é feito em uma tela de computador com os preços de cada quarto com fotos.
Great hotel (adult only). Everything is clean, the bathtub is big and fits two people. Orders for drinks and food are made on TV (there is a menu in English) and payment is made in the room itself. At the reception the choice of the room is made on a computer screen with the prices of each room with photos.

この辺ならここしかいきたくありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ウェルカムドリンクと定食を頼んだのですが、40分経ってもなにも来ず。こちらからフロントに問い合わせたところ、年配と思われる声の男性スタッフが「つくってます」だけの一言。不審に感じたので届くまでにあとどのくらいかかりそうですかと聞いたら「こうやって喋ってる間にも料理できるのが遅れていきます。どうしますか？」と回答されました。
忙しくて対応に追われてたのかなんなのか知りませんが、サービス業として間違った対応だと思うし、とても不愉快でした。
料理はそのあとキャンセルしました。
2度と行きません。
I ordered a welcome drink and a set meal, but nothing came after 40 minutes. When I contacted the front desk from here, a male staff member with a voice that seems to be elderly just said "I'm making it." I felt suspicious, so when I asked how long it would take to arrive, he answered, "While I'm talking like this, I'll be late in cooking. What should I do?"
I don't know if I was busy and busy, but I think it was a wrong response as a service industry, and it was very unpleasant.
The food was then canceled.
I will never go again.
