★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年4月に利用。ショートケーキ類だけではなく、クッキー類などのお土産系も豊富です。この日はフレジェというフランスのショートケーキをいただきました。ブランデーの効いた生地に大きなイチゴとカスタードクリームを挟んだケーキです。上部がイチゴの甘酸っぱいジャムでコーティングされて、とても美味しかったです。あごすけの食事後にケーキで贅沢ができます。
Used in April 2019. Not only short cakes, but also souvenirs such as cookies are abundant. On this day, I had a French shortcake called Freget. A cake with a large strawberry and custard cream sandwiched in a brandy dough. The top was coated with strawberry sweet and sour jam and it was very delicious. You can enjoy the luxury of cake after a meal.

ただ、4つ注文したのに３つしか入ってなかったのが悲しかったです。通りで安かった訳か…。パパだけケーキ無し…。
最後にこちらで良いですか？と全てを見せて目視確認するといいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ・上越でおいしいと評判のケーキ、洋菓子屋さん。
ロッジ風の建物が目印なのですが、周囲の風景となじみすぎてしまい、すこし見つけにくいかもしれません。
・生地からひとつずつ手作りなので、時間によって売切れることもあるので、ご注意ください。
・生菓子だけではなく、焼き菓子も充実しており、ちょっとした手みやげやプレゼントに最適です。
・おすすめは皮が硬めのシュークリーム。どちらもシンプルかつ存在感のある味でとても美味しいです。

種類もたくさんあってスペシャリテもいいのあります。
ショコラとかヴァローナとか使われたりしますが値段が良心的で、フルーツは長野から直接取り寄せているので新鮮です。
甘さも控えめで美味しいですよ。
まるごと桃のパイタルト頂きましたがジューシーで美味しかったです?
8/11に行きましたがもう藤稔やシャインマスカットといったぶどう系が出ていました。
やっぱりまるごと桃のパイタルトは1番人気みたいです?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が最悪です。数年前、事前に予約したお菓子の詰め合わせを間違えられ、数ヶ月前は誕生日（平日）の3週間前にケーキを予約しようとしたところ忙しいとの事で断られ、先日はレジに並んでいるのにも関わらず私の後に来たお客さん2組を先にレジ対応してました。
さすがにもう行きません。ここまで対応が悪い店は初めてです。
正直、星も付けたくありません。
