Since there are only designated managers on Saturdays and Sundays, it is not possible to carry out accounting work. Since there are no village (Board of Education) staff who have the ability to manage the balance, it is not possible to bear the revenue (in a nutshell, accept money). Even if there is something there, it cannot be sold on Saturdays and Sundays. This is the same at the Tenei Village Furusato Bunka Densetsukan, where village staff who can answer questions about the exhibition are not working on Saturdays and Sundays. Therefore, the aunt dispatched from the Silver Human Resources Center cannot answer the question and looks in trouble. Also, at the Densetsukan, you cannot buy the village excavation report or the "Michibata Cultural Property" mentioned earlier, even on Saturdays and Sundays. You can't buy it unless you go to the village board of education. This means that the villagers are being forced to wrinkle the austerity of the village finances. For example, on weekdays, villagers who have work are made to pay the cost of paid vacation and go to buy something of about 1,000 yen on weekdays. If you don't know that it is in the village board of education, you can't buy it at the tradition hall, and you can transfer it to the village board of education like a trolley. If the village board of education can only attach regular staff on weekdays, is it possible to shift weekdays to weekdays and paste only one staff working on Saturdays and Sundays? That's what other local government museums and local museums do. After all, the rigid form of administration of Tenei Village is "I can't do it because I don't have staff. I can't do it because I have staff only on weekdays." Do the villagers think that's fine? I'm relieved in a sense that I wasn't a Tenei villager. This is because even though they pay the villager's tax, they don't feel like enjoying the administrative services that they can't even buy a simple booklet unless they get paid on weekdays. Financial difficulties are the same in neighboring municipalities. I would like Tenei Village to reconsider who the administrative services are for and for what purpose they are provided.
