経緯としては、
・家族が歩行時に足に激痛を感じ（ギリギリ立てるレベル）、受診。
↓
・レントゲン撮影したが、大きな異常はなし。痛み止めを処方して一週間様子見
↓
・痛み止め効かず、症状も悪化（立つのも困難なレベル）していることを一週間後に訴えるも、「診察結果としては異状は見られないので、当院としてはこれ以上何もできない」で終了。
といった感じで、患者側としては放り出された印象です。
より詳細な検査ができる大学病院の受診を勧める等、原因不明なりに患者に寄り添うことが出来たのではないでしょうか？
ちなみに、自力で精密検査をしてくれる病院を探して観てもらったところ、MRIで異常が見つかり手術で病状が大幅改善する結果となりました。

By the way, when I was looking for a hospital that would perform a detailed examination on my own, I found an abnormality on MRI, and the result was that the condition was greatly improved by surgery.
