とにかく生センが酷かった。食べた瞬間口の中には牛舎の香りが広がりました。ハッキリ言うとう○こ臭い。下処理の方法に問題があると思います。
家族全員、生セン好きなので楽しみに食べてみんな一口食べてそれ以上食べられませんでした。
その他にもタンはタン先寄りなのか脂は少なく真っ赤なものばかりが皿に。もちろん焼くと固めです。カットサイズも小さいのでハサミなしでも食べれましたがよくあるサイズだとしんどいかもです。脂がしんどい方にはお勧めかもしれません。
よほど誰かにお誘い頂かない限り、自分でもう一度伺って判断しようとすら思えないくらい二度と行かないお店です。

In addition, the tongue is closer to the tip of the tongue, and only the bright red ones with less fat are on the plate. Of course, it is hard when baked. Since the cut size is small, I could eat it without scissors, but it may be awkward if it is a common size. It may be recommended for those who have a lot of fat.
Unless someone invites you, it's a shop that you won't go to again so that you won't even think about visiting it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 清潔な店内に、注文後すぐに出てくるお肉が嬉しいです。ビールはモルツでアサヒの中瓶もあります。焼酎の品揃えも二階堂 三岳 兼八 その他これだけあれば十分でしょう！
肝心なお肉はどれも肉らしい味わいです。上たん ハラミ ミノがお気に入りですね。
また足を運んでみたいと思うお店です。

All the essential meat has a meaty taste. Uetan Harami Mino is my favorite.

上ハラミも柔らかくて質の割に値段もお手頃でコスパがいいと思いました。
