★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隣の病院で処方された薬の間違いに気付くことなく誤処方。副作用があること通告したのにも関わらず病院、薬剤師もザルなので名前の違うジェネリックを処方して苦しみました。
仕事に対して責任感も感じられず隣のクリニックとセットで掛かると殺されるかもしれません。
 Misprescription without noticing the mistake of the medicine prescribed at the next hospital. Despite being notified that there are side effects, the hospital and pharmacist are also colanders, so I suffered from prescribing a generic with a different name.
I don't feel responsible for my work, and I may be killed if I hang up with the clinic next door.
