★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのお客となる加害者にぶつけられたのですが、明らかに事故後にキズができたのにそのところまでは接触してないの一点張りでなおしてくれません。100:0のなのにぶつけられ損です。かなりか渋い保険屋さんです。これこそもとに修復してくれなくて泣き寝入りです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 話を聞かない、マニュアル通りの受け答え、連絡よこさない、あいおい契約の人が100%自分がわるいと言ってても、そちらが悪いと譲らない。事故以外で保険からみの仕事してるけど、他と比べても全体的に対応は悪い

ぶつけられたのは大好きだった車ですが、結構乗り換えました。何も悪くないのに聞く耳も持たないので長引きましたし、とても嫌な気分になりました。さいあくです。本当はマイナス100の評価です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 点検で車を預けている時に加害者に車をぶつけられたのですが、車屋とこちらの保険会社で勝手に話が進められて車の所有者である私には全く連絡されず。
また、パーツが見つからないから自分で探してくれと言われてこちらの時間も奪われました。
しかもパーツが届くまでの修理が出来ないので、その期間は代車を用意してくれず、ぶつけられた車で過ごしていました。
その際のこちらの心労は考慮せず、修理した代金のみしか保険金は支払われておりません。
忙しくて時間もないのに、こちらの時間を奪い、挙句代車も用意できないとか無能な上にケチなのかなと思いました。
