★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「白岩清水」は白岩（凝灰岩）の割れ目から湧出する、超硬水の清水。
「平家落人伝説の里」平丸地区、県道412号線（飯山新井線）沿いに連なる下平丸集落に入る手前付近に湧き出てます。
付近は「白岩公園」として整備されており、県道421号線の横を流れる平丸川の滝「白岩の滝」もあります。
「白岩の清水」には室町時代頃（西暦1500年代）、この地に隠遁した平氏一族・石田伊右衛門の末娘、サチ（敬称：白岩姫）にまつわる悲哀の伝説があり、この湧水を愛飲すると健康美人になれたり、湧水を使った願掛けがあったりするそうです。
"Shiraiwa Shimizu" is the hard water of super hard water that springs from the cracks of Shiraiwa (tuff).
“Heike Rakujin Densetsu no Sato” Hiramaru district, springing in front of the Shimohira Maru village that runs along prefectural road 412 (Iiyama Arai Line).
The neighborhood is maintained as “Shiraiwa Park”, and there is also the “Shiraiwa Falls” on the Hiramaru River that flows alongside the prefectural road 421.
"Shiraiwa no Shimizu" has a legend of sorrow about the Sachi (titled: Hime Shiraiwa), the family of Mr. Hira, the youngest daughter of Iemon Iemon, who was hidden in the Muromachi period (1500s AD) If you drink it, you will become a healthy woman, or you will be asked to use spring water.
