★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看板等がなくたどり着くのに苦労しましたが対応がとてもよかったです。Googleマップがメイン通りの裏道(入口の反対側)を案内するので初めての方は必ず迷います。入口はメイン通りにあります。

店のミスなのに、お客に返品を届けさせるな。交換商品が出来上がったら、取りに来させるな。届けるのが当たり前だろう。
当たり前の対応ができてないうえに、上からの口調が間違っている。
だから今回も２次クレームにつながった。
すごいがっかりさせられた。
女性はいい方ばかりだったのに。

ですが入口が凄く分かりずらいので、初めて行く人は迷う可能性大です…
ちなみにエレベーターの所に｢いづみや｣と書いてあります(2階)

特別問題なければ男の子の方が採寸時間が早いようです。
親切に対応くださいました。
