物腰も柔らかく、そして説明の仕方も分かりやすくて、50年生きてきてこんなに丁寧に話を聞いてくれた整形外科の先生は初めてでした。
事情があり別の整形外科に紹介状をお願いしても、嫌な顔もせず紹介状を書いていただきました。
あと、ＭＲＩが予約なしで初診当日にやっていただけるのが素晴らしいです。

Even if I had a request for a letter of introduction to another orthopedic surgery, I had a letter of introduction without a bad face.
Also, it is great that you can do MRI on the day of your first visit without a reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も投稿されていますが受付兼看護師(？)らしきおばさんの気が強く、態度が横柄。上からものを言う患者を馬鹿にした態度。今まで何度もこういう態度された。相手を思いやり、やさしい気持ちで接する事が出来ず何様でしょうか？毎日多数の方と接する仕事をしていて当たり前の能力が全くない。患者に対するやさしさが全く感じられない。言うにもいろいろな言い方があります。そのような言い方をしたら相手がどういう気持ちになるかよく考えたほうがいい。本当に感じ悪い。心身ともに弱っている患者を思いやる気持ちで接する事が出来ない方は患者と話ししないほうがいい。はっきり言えばいない方がいい。私と同じようにイラッとしたことがある方は大勢いるはず。病気、怪我が余計に悪化する気さえしてしまう。一人のせいで診療所全体のイメージがガタ落ちです。他の方はみんないい方ばかりなのに勿体ない。こんなんじゃなければもっと患者が増えるのに。

If you cannot treat a patient who is physically and mentally weak with compassion, you should not talk to the patient. You shouldn't say it clearly. There must be many people who have been as irritated as I am. I even feel like my illness and injury get worse. Because of one person, the image of the entire clinic is loose. All the other people are good, but it's a shame. If this were not the case, the number of patients would increase.

問診票を詳しく書いたのに、「何にお困りですか？」と、なんだろな話し方冷たくて、症状を伝えにくかった。MRIを撮るのに90分待たされ、その後１時間待ちました。
総合病院だったら、即日には撮れないかもなのでしょうけど、次はもうここは受診しないな。

I wrote the questionnaire in detail, but I wondered what I was having trouble with. It was cold and difficult to convey my symptoms. I had to wait 90 minutes to get an MRI and then an hour.
If it's a general hospital, I might not be able to take a picture on the same day, but next time I won't go to the hospital anymore.
