m	masatsubame on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長が替わってからスタジオプログラムの質が少し落ちたような気がする。その店長が突然退職する事になった。何が理由なのかわからないが(聞く気も起きない)、退職する事を掲示板でもいいから店長自ら会員達に報告して欲しい。 I feel that the quality of the studio program has deteriorated a little since the store manager changed. I don't know what the reason is (I don't feel like listening), but I would like the store manager to report to the members himself that he will retire on the bulletin board.

A	A T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗社員が退職しても補充はなく少人数で運営しているので大変そう。会員に健忘症の人が多いのかロッカーキーの持ち帰りが多発しているが根本的な対応ができずにいる。また駐車場の雑草は生えっぱなしで冬になればそのまま枯れている。本部の店舗支援がまともにしていれば雑草除去やロッカーの整備に予算を割いて専門の業者に任せることだと思うのだが、本部が無能なのか全くできずにいる。たまにしか来ない優良会員だけにたまに来るとこういうところが目に付く。
