私は接客業ですが、本当に見習わなければならないと勉強になるぐらい丁寧で親切な対応してくれています。自分の接客にも身が引き締まります。
忙しいにもかかわらず細かい説明で分かりやすく、何度も「痛くないですか？」と気にかけてくれています。
歯医者さんでここまで丁寧で親切に接客してくれるところがあるなんて驚きでした。
自宅から近いからと行ってみたのですが、こんな隠れた良い歯医者さんが近くにあったなんて自分も含め、近所の方は幸運だと思います。いや、大袈裟ではありません。
この前は、時間的に私が最後の患者になってしまったのですが、嫌な態度もとらずに謙虚で、いつもどおりの丁寧な対応で感心しました。
いつも、急がしそうので先生とは無駄話する機会はありませんが(笑)とても感謝しております。不思議だと思うのは、一番最初の診察の時が長期戦で一番大変だったのに安かったのに対し、簡単に終わらせた時の方が毎回請求額が高いのが不思議です(笑)数百円単位なんでそんなに気になる程ではないですが。いつも丁寧な接客と丁寧な技術をしていただき、本当にありがとうございます。
