所用で電話をするもなかなか繋がらない事はいつも。通話中に事務所内の雑談が邪魔で聞き取れない事も有り。
付き合いの為、会社について尋ねると、給与支払いが「月給と日給」支払いが有り社長の匙加減らしい。
半世紀近く勤める身内が居て手厚くされていてレベルも無く・会社自体がスキルアップをしない
