その場で指導はせず、わざわざ親に言いつけてきます。
指導員は子供と向き合おうとはせず、家庭で問題を解決してくださいとのことです。
その場にいない親がどうやって解決するのか疑問です。
子供は大人の言う事を聞くべき！みたいな指導方針のようですが、指導員がやるべきことをやっていないので、子供が言うことを聞くわけありません。
