★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 難台山往復、トレイルランに挑戦。愛宕山スタート、岩間市内ゴールで約15km2時半程で走破。
また走ってみたいな。
 Take a round trip to Mt. Nandai and take a trail run. Atagoyama start, Iwama city goal, run about 15km at about 2:30.
I want to run again.

昭和二十五年五月十日に告示された「茨城百景」の碑「愛宕山吾国山ハイキングコース（包含風景：難台山，難台城址）」です。
岩間駅のロータリーの植え込みにそびえています。
福原駅には、「吾國山愛宕山ハイキングコース」の碑があり、ひとつの名所に2つ碑があります。
笠間市には、このほかに「笠間附近国宝社寺巡り」「笠間稲荷と佐白山」「稲田御坊西念寺」「吾國山愛宕山ハイキングコース（前述）」などがあります。
Ibaraki Hyakukei This is a monument to the Mt. Wagakuni Atago mountain hiking course.
It is a monument of "Hundred Views of Ibaraki" announced on May 10, 1945, "Atagoyama Gokokuyama Hiking Course (Inclusive scenery: Mt. Nandai, Ruins of Nandai Castle)".
It rises above the rotary planting at Iwama Station.
At Fukuhara Station, there is a monument of "Mt. Wagakuni Atagoyama Hiking Course", and there are two monuments in one famous place.
In Kasama City, there are also "Kasama-near National Treasure Shrines and Temples", "Kasama Inari and Sashirosan", "Inada Gobo Nishinenji", and "Wagakuniyama Atagoyama Hiking Course (mentioned above)".
