色々な事情があってお願いしているのですが、遺族やご本人を軽んじる発言、デリカシーの皆無な介護士さんが居られる。何人ものお別れに立ち会っているから慣れているのでしょうが、遺族は慣れていません。唯一無二です。周りの方も大変でしょうが、施設側の努力でそういった無自覚な膿を排除しない限りは良くならないでしょう。

I am asking for various reasons, but there is a caregiver who has no delicacy and remarks that despise the bereaved family and the person himself. I'm probably used to it because I'm witnessing a number of farewells, but the bereaved family isn't. It is unique. It will be difficult for those around you, but it will not improve unless the facility eliminates such unconscious pus.
