いろいろな曜日に稽古を行っているので子供から社会人まで、自分のペースで通えます。
フルコン系ですが打撃以外にも投げや関節技と言った技術も学ぶことが出来て護身術、生涯武道として取り組めます。
仲間と共に楽しく心身を鍛えられ、オススメです。
