H	H S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入間市と言っても武蔵藤沢駅が最寄り。『楓』のカマボコ型看板を見て、『カエデ』だと思っている方も多いかも知れませんが、『ふう』です。元々蕎麦屋を改装した店舗は外から内装が見えないので中に入るのに少々躊躇する方も多いが、店構えのセンターに『ドーン』と佇む木製で重めのドアを開くと… 通路が小川の様に流れる趣きに凝った作りの和風モダンな店内が現れます。その小川の両脇に座敷テーブルが並びます。一番奥がキッチンでその手前にこれも珍しい座敷カウンターと更にその脇に小上がりになっているカップル席カウンターも有って、大人数から少人数まで対応してくれます。座る場所によって話し込みたい時とか、皆んなでワイワイしたい時、見ず知らずの常連さんと話したい時などなどあらゆるシチュエーションで呑めるのが楽しいお店です。肝心の料理ですが、イタリアン出身のマスター達也さんの創る和洋折衷なツマミが最高なんです！しかも勉強家なこのマスターは利き酒士の免許も取得してその珠玉の料理達にバシッと合うベストな酒とその酒蔵のちょっとした秘話なんかも教えてくれて、これもまた最高です。お酒とお料理に真剣に向き合っているこの居酒屋さん。お察しの通り、私はすっかりこの店のファンになっております。営業時間も深夜２時までやっていて、ここぞって時には重宝しますよ！ Musashi Fujisawa Station is the closest to Iruma City.
