★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 集荷の連絡をするのを忘れていて、連絡をして自分で荷物を持ち込みました｡受け付け時間がギリギリ過ぎていたのに丁寧に対応してくれて、雨避けにグルグル巻きにしてあったビニールを一緒にほどいてくれ、そあとすぐに別の人が荷物を運んでいき、その日の出荷に間に合ったようでした｡ありがとうございました。
I forgot to contact the pickup, so I contacted and brought in my luggage by myself. Even though the reception time was too late, he responded politely, and the vinyl was wrapped around to avoid rain. It seemed that another person carried the luggage together and was in time for the day's shipment. Thank you.
