貧乏人は食事が出てくるまで何時間も待たされ最後に提供されます。
味は美味しいが人(客)を見て接客する店員たちに失望。言い訳ばかりで謝らない。
最悪のディナー。
記憶から消したい。
２度と行きたくない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょっと前に職場の先輩と。大宮は普段のエリアではないので、きょろきょろしながら先輩の後をついて行ったらなんとも怪しい通り・・・こんなところにこんなお洒落なお店があるなんてちょっとびっくり。
まずは前菜3種盛りから。1400円くらい。良し。
他もあれこれ頼みましたが、メインはラムにしました。美味しかった！
カジュアルなのに本格的なものが単品で注文できるのは、わがままな私たちにとっては最高です。
こういうお店はお料理は時間がかかるので、最初に頼むのがおすすめです。

そば粉ガレット、カレーも美味。デザートで食べた焼き立てカヌレもサクッとしてGood。特別なお塩で食べる新鮮な野菜が凄く良かったです。
ファッショナブルな女性店員さんも優しく物腰柔らかで楽しかったです。
大宮で一味違う食事ができました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かしこまりすぎていないカジュアルな雰囲気なので入りやすいです。ですが料理はとても本格的でシェフのこだわりを感じられました。鹿肉のローストは初めて食べましたが、とても柔らかくソースが絶品でした。ワインとの相性も良かったです。

土曜の夜にワンオペでしたのでお料理の注文、飲み物の追加もタイミングを見計らってと少し気を使いました。ワンオペですのでお料理もとても時間がかかります。飲みながらのんびり待てる人には良いと思いますが、お腹が空いているとツラいかも。
スパークリングボトル1本、ビール５～6杯、前菜三種盛り、鶏レバームース、イカスミ煮、アッシパルマンティエ、パンで17,500円でした。
シェフはとても感じの良い方でした。うちの主人は沢山食べて飲むので、お料理の提供スピードが改善されたらまた是非行きたいと思います。

The chef was a very nice person. My husband eats and drinks a lot, so I would definitely like to go again if the speed of serving food improves.
