ただ、別の営業さんは対応の良い人がちゃんといるのでハズレに当たらないように注意が必要だと思いますあ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンションの物件を案内して貰う予定でしたが、営業マンの顧客対応が悪過ぎるので、キャンセルしたら、散々文句を言われました。どういう点が悪かったと言うと、自宅を直ぐに出て、空けて売り出しするか、業者買取を勧められました。それだと顧客には売却利益が全く見込め無いので、非常に不親切。

What was wrong was that I was advised to leave my house immediately and sell it vacantly or buy it from a vendor. If that is the case, the customer cannot expect any profit on sale, so it is very unfriendly.
