★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職員さんが、とても親切です。祖母が、入居していますが、元気に、楽しそうに、しています。もうすぐ93才ですが、デイサービスにも、通っています。清潔感のある施設です。
 The staff is very kind. My grandmother is moving in, but I'm looking forward to it. I'm almost 93 years old, but I also go to day service. It is a clean facility.

忙しくなかなか訪問できない家族に代わり、とても親身になって父の介護、家族への相談に当たって下さいます。
父と私達家族が安心して暮らせているのは、すべてスマイルコート茨木紫明園の素晴らしいスタッフ様方のお蔭です。
入所者の問題点を正しく見定め、入所者と家族のどちらもが満足するケアやサービスをいつも検討・実施して下さっています。
またいつ訪問しても綺麗で明るく清潔感のある施設です。
スタッフの皆さんがいつも笑顔で挨拶をして下さるのもとても好印象。
私自身もいくつかの介護施設で働いてきた者ですが、なかなかない良い施設だと感じています。
