★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前回トイレ交換の時に来ていただいた担当の野村さんの人柄、仕事の丁寧さ、説明の分かり安さで、野村さんを指名させていただきました。
給湯器の交換で来てもらったのに、急遽相談した蛇口交換まで敏速丁寧に対応してもらい、本当に助かりました。
水周りの修理交換は色んな会社がありますし、悪い評判も耳にしますが、クラシアンは不安は全くありません。次回も野村さん一択です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無料見積りに来てくれた担当者の対応がとても良かったです。別日でトイレの交換をしないといけないのかと思っていたところ便器は車に乗っているので温水便座だけ営業所に取りに行って午後から設置する予定でしたが他のスタッフが近くを通るというので温水便座を届けてくれました。お昼前にはおトイレの交換完了しました！ほかのスタッフさんとの連携も良くとても満足しています。
