購入からある程度時間が経ちました。 納得いかない点を何点か‥ まず、コーティングを頼んだのですが、受け渡しの際になぜか水垢が付着。 洗車をしても落ちず、本当に施工したのか?というレベル。あるいは水垢除去せずに、コーティングを乗せたのか?意味不明。 あとは購入後に、担当がどんどん変わっていきました 笑 辞めたとか、移動になったとか、普通は担当との関係は結構大事だと思うのですが、あまり気にしていない‥? 売りっぱなしにはしないという、会社理念らしいが全くそれを感じません。 あと、ここで購入すると契約時謎の上乗せがあります。 (自分は30万円ほど) 事前説明は全くありません。 自分は既に車を運送してもらっていた為、キャンセルもできず渋々購入。 車は気に入ってますが、もうここで購入することはないでしょうね。

It seems to be a corporate philosophy of not leaving it on sale, but I don't feel it at all. Also, if you purchase here, there is a mysterious addition at the time of contract. (I am about 300,000 yen) There is no prior explanation. I had already had my car transported, so I couldn't cancel it and bought it reluctantly. I like the car, but you probably won't buy it here anymore.

車を以前こちらで購入し点検などで何度か行かせて頂きました また、こちらで車を購入したので出来れば同じお店で引き取って貰いたいと思い査定して貰いに行かせて頂きました 事務の方、工場の整備士の方は接客態度も良くいい人達だと思います ですが営業の方は良くないですイライラしかしません、自分が担当された方だけかもしれませんが。 色んな車屋さんに査定してもらいましたがここが最低金額でした、また営業の方の接客態度もどのお店の方よりも比べものにならない程最悪でした 「〜円かな」「うんうん」など親戚でもありませんし友達でもありません。ましてや20歳以下でもありませんがタメ語しか話されません 自分が「︎︎ーーのお店はここよりもかなりよかったのでそちらで売ります」と伝えると 「どこなのそこ」「そこはいくら出すっていったの」「、、そんなに?」と苦笑い、しまいにはでかい独り言で「修復してないっていったんかな」と言ってました 気になってる車を伝えると 「ーー?」「ーーの車は、入ってこないこともないかな?笑」と。こちらからすれば売る気あるんですかと思ってしまいますね どうしてもここで買いたいって思う以外は値段も高いのでオススメはしません

購入のため何度か行きましたが、事務の方と整備士の方はいつもとても 感じが良く親切でした。営業の方は 人を見て接客してるんだろうなっと感じました。 仮契約した時点で 今回の流れを見るとそのまま契約成立させてしまう流れでした。 事前に車を見せてもらえるとの約束でしたが まだ来てない!と言われたり 確認したいと思い そのあと2回ほど足を運びました。お車を確認した上で本契約(支払い)との話しでしたが それも約束できず。事前に日時を決めて行きましたが、(支払日)担当者も変わって対応だったり 購入までの流れが不安と不満でしかありませんでした。担当が変わるのであれば事前に話していた約束なのど 引き継ぐべきだと思います。車が来てるか来てないか分からないまま 広い店内を歩きましたが 確認もされていないのかとびっくりしました。結局 来てませでした。 一番 不安や不満に思ったのは 連絡がまったくないと言う事でした。こちらから 問い合わせしない限り 何も出来ませよ。こんなに 当たり前の連絡さえ一つもこない販売店は初めてでした。 不安の中での購入になってしまったので 金額も大きいからこそ 今度購入する際は考えたいと思います。

現在の車を購入。 メンテナンスパックに車検代も入っているからと3年目に車検しましたが、オプションがどんどんつき、支払いは10万くらいに。パックなんて関係ない。高いだけ。 オイル交換を他のところでしたときに底の部分にあるカバーがないと指摘され、前回オイル交換をしたここに連絡。 返事待ちで3ヶ月以上連絡なし。こちらから連絡したら担当した人が辞めたと。対応が最低な会社だとおもいました。

No contact for more than 3 months waiting for a reply. When I contacted from here, the person in charge quit. I thought it was the worst company to deal with.
