★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sevenの店舗に勤めてらっしゃるアシスタントの方からカットモデルの依頼を受け、いざ予約日時に店に行くとエレベーターが閉まっており、連絡をしたところ、緊急事態宣言でキャンセルの連絡が漏れていたと絵文字付きの軽い謝罪をされました。
私も事前に確認をすればよかったですが、まさか依頼をしてきた側が忘れているとは思わなかったですし、「無駄足になってしまいすみません」と軽く謝られ、次の日から何事もなくInstagramを投稿してらっしゃるのが本当に腹が立ちました。
これからは来店予約の管理を徹底してほしいです。
SHIMAは大手の美容室だと思っていたので、
正直このような対応をされ、とても失望しました。
往復2時間半の時間と交通費と、これから髪をキレイにしてもらえるというウキウキワクワクした気持ちが全て無駄になりました。

ですが、スタイリングに関してはほとんど、似たような髪型でその人にあったスタイルという感じではない気がしでした。
韓国風でも、もっと色々なスタイルが有ればいいなと。
トリートメントはすごく良かったので⭐︎４つです。
