★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年4月の引っ越しで賃貸から持ち家になったのでLPガスでお世話になっています。引越し前の家もLPガスだったのですが、そこと比べてとてもお安く提供してもらっていてお湯をたくさん使えて助かっています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し前のことですが、急にガスの供給が止まってしまいました。
大変困り休日でしたがダメ元でお電話してみたところ、安全装置が働き止まったのでしょうと直しかたを分かりやすく教えていただき無事復旧。
原因はガス管を支える鉄枠に吊るしたシートが強風あおられ（吊るした私も吊るした物も悪い）たと判明。
困ったときに待機してくださっていて助かりました。ありがとうございました。

黙っていればどんどん単価上げてきます。
我が家の場合、数年間は初めより少し上げた単価を1年前まで続け、去年の夏辺りから数十円ずつ上げ始め、最終的に気付いた時には相場の倍近くになっていました！
顧客確保の為に、初めはかなり安くして契約をとる事もあるのかもしれません。
それにしても倍はやりすぎです。
気づかなかったらどこまで上げていたんだろうと末恐ろしくなります。
うるさい客は安くして、黙って払ってくれる客から徴収すれば良い、というのはどうなのでしょう？
こんな事あるのだと、勉強させて頂きました。

寒さに長く耐え震えておりましたが、温かな場所が4カ所
広い古民家に出来て大感謝しております。
スイッチをつければ即暖かくなり、他の暖房機具もありますが、
他の暖房機具は暖かくなるまで時間が掛るため、ガスヒーター
をすすめてもらえて有り難かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回、風呂、洗面台のリフォームで給湯を灯油からハローG掛川のガスに変更工事をしました。ハローGさんとのお付き合いは、台所のコンロだけのお付き合いでしたが、営業さんに相談したらすぐに提案していただき、コロナ禍で給湯器が手に入らない状況の中、限られた納期の中素早く対応導入していただき大変助かりました。風呂の給湯のやり方、追い焚きの方法など、きめ細かく操作を指導してくれ、利用開始から１ヶ月過ぎても立ち寄っていただき、操作の質問や設定の見直しなど積極的にしていただき大変感謝しています。併せてキッチンの換気扇も替えていただき快適になりました。ガス関連で何か必要になったらまたハローGさんに依頼しようと思っています。感謝！
