西側はループ橋になっています。歩道が有るので自転車はループ橋へ、徒歩の場合は階段が有るのでそちらで上がる方が速いです。
歩道の欄干から真下を見る事が出来ますが、高い所が苦手な方が近づくのは無理でしょう。私は無理でした。
海側、陸側が良く見えます。周りは工業地帯なので工場・鉄塔が多く壮観です。

The west side is a loop bridge. There is a sidewalk so bikes can go to Loop Bridge, and if you're walking there are stairs so it's faster to get there.
You can see directly below from the balustrade of the sidewalk, but it is impossible for those who are not good at high places to approach. I couldn't.
You can see the sea and land well. Since the surrounding area is an industrial area, there are many factories and towers, which is spectacular.
