★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで管理してる物件を借りたことがありますが、木製の古い雨戸が閉まらず、アルミ製のものに交換を頼みましたがダメした。
また火災保険だけでなく、自分の家財道具や水回りトラブル時の必須でない保険にまで加入させられ高くつきました。これらの保険は結局は管理会社の儲けになります。
火災保険は自分でネットで探した方が安いです。また家財道具の保険は任意なので断ってよいのですが知識不足でした。
一人暮らしなのに、夜戻ると台所の床に女性の長い髪の毛が落ちており、大家さんが断りなく出入りしていた可能性があります。
