ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老舗が多いふくふく通りですが今回は長らくご無沙汰していた「はら田」さんに伺いました、中華料理屋さんですが皆さんハンチャン（中華そばと半チャーハン）を頼まれます。退店するまでに来店された７～８名は全員ハンチャンでした^^; はら田さんの中華そば、茶濁で油少なめ、伝統の岡山ラーメンです。豚骨醤油に中細ストレート麺、甘みはそれほどでもありません、醤油が勝っているスープですね。厚みのあるチャーシューは３枚で葱・もやしの具材になります、シナチクは入っていません。丸天さん系のラーメンですが、味はそれほど濃くなく食べやすい岡山ラーメンです！半チャーハンは小ぶりの茶碗入りで、少ないように見えてかなりの量があります。ねっとり系でレンゲですくうとかなりの抵抗感が．．．^^;　醤油味で油も回っている個性的なチャーハンです、個人的にはもう少しパラパラ感のあるタイプが好みです。 There are many long-established stores, but this time we visited Harada, who has been in the desert for a long time. 比	比呂 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市場の中のお店です。早朝からやってます。日本一無愛想と思われる夫婦で切り盛りされてますが味は間違いないです。来店者の殆どがハンチャンと言われる中華そばと炒飯のセットをオーダーします。コスパは最高です。オーダーしてから数分ででて来ます。豚骨の臭いがきつく最初は抵抗がありますが食べ終わる頃には虜になります。炒飯はベトベトタイプで嫌な人はとことん嫌と思いますが何とも言えない位美味しいタレで炒めてます。双方習慣性のある味で通いつめてます。 It is a shop in the market.
