★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガス設備の点検にきた職員は いずれも勝手にベランダのスリッパを使う。営業なのだから体もちゃんと洗ってほしい(加齢臭がひどい)。電話での対応する職員室も感じが悪い。できれば 他の業者に替えたい。
 All staff who come to inspect the gas equipment use slippers on the balcony without permission. Since it is a business, I want you to wash your body properly (the smell of aging is terrible). The staff room that responds by phone is also unpleasant. I would like to change to another company if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20年以上、ガス給湯器を使用して保守点検契約もしていましたが、いざ給湯器交換の時期になると40万円台の請求がきました。
他業者に見積りをとると20万円台がほとんど。
信頼というか(お客様の為に)という想いは全く感じられないです。
こちらの意見も(クレーム処理)という感じであしらう感じでした。
保守点検も自社ではなく下請けの責任感のない方が来ます。
大阪ガスの下請けだから殿様商売なのか解りませんが非常に腹立たしかったので契約解除しました。
For more than 20 years, I had a maintenance and inspection contract using a gas water heater, but when it was time to replace the water heater, I was billed in the 400,000 yen range.
Most of them are in the 200,000 yen range when quoted from other companies.
I don't feel the feeling of trust (for our customers) at all.
This opinion was also like (complaint processing).
For maintenance and inspection, there are people who are not responsible for subcontracting, not in-house.
I don't know if it's a business of the lord because it's a subcontractor of Osaka Gas, but I was very annoyed so I canceled the contract.
