一時利用料金は2時間まで無料で、その後24時間(最初の2時間を含む)ごとに100円なので、値段設定はお安いですよね。
ただ、立地的に駅までちょっぴり歩くのが、個人的には若干残念かな。
 Municipal bicycle parking lot at the west exit of Kashiwa Station.
The temporary usage fee is free for up to 2 hours and 100 yen every 24 hours (including the first 2 hours) after that, so the price setting is cheap.
However, it is a bit disappointing for me to walk a little to the station due to its location.
