サ	サンドトミー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お弁当持参して、土手で食べました。空一面に広がった壮大なうろこ雲が綺麗でした。キャッチボールをしていた少年たちに「こんにちは〜?」と爽やかな挨拶をされ、心が和み、優しい気持ちになれ、素敵な郊外ランチを楽しめました。私達の他にも、塾年カップルがお弁当を広げていらっしゃいました。 I brought my lunch and ate it on the bank. N	Nakanishi Daisuke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明治43年（1910) ８月の豪雨水害で瀬戸川の堤防が約150に渡って決壊した場所です。 8月6日から11日、12日から14日にかけて2つの台風が日本に接近上陸。東海地方や関東地方に豪雨を降らせました。瀬戸川水系の山地崩壊は1200ヶ所以上余、瀬戸川流域破堤311ヶ所、堤防決壊1万650m 、浸水面積約1780ha、浸水家屋3332 戸、藤枝町の死者30人の大災害でした。（出典図説藤枝市史） 8月9日の午前9時頃に勝草橋が流され、直後に勝草橋の周辺の志太堤防と稲川堤防が決壊し、現在の青木から南新屋まで湖のようになったそうです。また国史跡である岡部の木和田川の砂防堤防はこの大水害をきっかけに建設されました。 It is the place where the embankment of the Seto River broke down for about 150 due to the heavy rain and flood in August 1910.
