★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話では10分で来ると言われ、30分たってから到着し、なんの謝罪もなく、初めは実家に行きたくて場所の住所を教えたら、『そんなの言われても分からねぇ！』と言われ、その次は駅まで行き、玄関口まで下ろしてほしいと頼んだのに駐車場の料金がかかるからと道路で下ろされました。その日は雪が積もって寒い日なのに生後10ヶ月の息子と一緒に雪道を歩かされました。最悪な気分なのにお金を支払わなければならないと思ったらもっと最悪な気分になりました。二度と利用したくありません。評価に星も付けたくないです。
It is said that it will come in 10 minutes on the phone, arrived 30 minutes later, without any apology, and at first I wanted to go to my parents' home and gave me the address of the place.
