根	根間靖夫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自家用車の名義変更で行ったのですが、駐車場に入るとき中央に『ナンバープレート交換場所』が有り、その左側が２列で渋滞。奥の駐車スペースが空いているにも関わらず検査待ちなのか何台もつながっていて全然動かない。仕方ないので右側から駐車スペースに入ったら誘導員が奥からこちらを睨みながら近付いてくる。どうしたのかと思い窓を開けたら開口一番『ここは一方通行で右から入ってはダメ！決まり守って。次は注意して！』かなり上から目線で睨み付けながら強い口調でお叱りを受けた。あまり納得がいかなかったので、駐車場の入口を確認したら地面から５０センチ位のところに、黄色と黒のバー(トラバー)に茶色く変色して古びた『一方通行』の垂れ幕。しかも黄ばんでいるから見にくいし分かりづらい。業者が何度も行ってるなら分かるだろうが、始めてやたまにしか行かない者は分からない。協会の窓口の方はとても親切に対応してもらい好感を持ったのに、その誘導員の対応で残念な場所と認識しました。 I went to change the name of my private car, but when I entered the parking lot, there was a “number plate exchange place” in the center, and the left side was congested with two rows. H	Hibiku A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星一つもつけたくないくらい、ひどい。非効率の典型の職場って感じ。次は何番に行ってとか、次はこっちの番号に行ってとか、あっち行かせたりこっち戻させたり支持してくるけど、そんなのそっちがその書類を部内で移動させればいいだけのこと。申請者のことなど少しも考えていない。書類もナンバープレートの返納も一つの窓口だけで済むはず。時代遅れなことを時代遅れなままにしてて、何十年も改善しようと思ってこなかったのがよく分かる。自分たちはそれが効率的だと思ってるのかもしれないけどね、、、それはないわ。相当非効率的だよ。 It's so terrible that I don't want to add a single star. I don't think about the applicant at all. Documents and license plates should be returned at only one window.
