★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母の見学のアポをとりに下見がてら行ったのですが入居者さんが使うスペースに清掃の方二人がテーブルと椅子のところで話しこまれていて休憩スペースで話しこまれるのはいいですがそれはどおかなと思ったり受付の方の応対も面倒なのかいい印象は受けなかったのでもったいないと思いました。受付の方は会社の代表みたいなものて思ってるので気持ちいい応対が望ましいかと思います。
I went for a preview to get an appointment for my mother's tour, but it's nice that the two cleaning people are talking at the table and chairs in the space used by the resident and talking in the break space. I didn't get a good impression that it was awkward or the receptionist was troublesome, so I thought it was a waste. I think that the receptionist is like a representative of the company, so I think it is desirable to have a pleasant reception.
