それまでも洗面台を沢山見て回っていましたが、どこよりも営業の方が親切、誠実に対応してくださり、いい商品を納得のいく価格でお願いすることができました。
又施工も既存のついてる棚をずらして付け替えて洗面台を入れて下さるなどの丁寧にしあげて頂きとても満足致しました。ありがとうございました。

今回もトイレの水漏れの相談をしたところ、すぐに訪問していただいて工事までの段取りをしていただきました。
迅速な対応と丁寧いな工事をしていただききれいなトイレになりました。
工事日当日も新人さんの明るい女性の担当者にお世話になりましたが、一生懸命に工事の準備から後片付けをしていてとても好感がもてました。また次の時にもアートインテリアさんにお願いしたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ポストインされた、リフォーム見学会で地域での施工実績経験の多さで安心感がありました。実際に、作業前の近隣への挨拶、階段、エレベータへの養生、後片付け、コロナ対策等しっかりとされていました。
担当してくださった方に、表面上見れない、下地作りもしっかり説明をしていただき、所々アドバイスをいただきました。
今回は、給湯給水管とキッチンのリフォームをお願いしました。今度は、他の箇所のリフォームもアートさんでお願いしようと思います。
