せ	せとひろゆき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長には申し訳ないが、残念な調律師の為に評価は1とします。 2度、調律をお願いしてますが、1度目はとても良い調律でした。 2度目は、調律以前の問題だったので(訪問時前の電話対応、訪問時のマナー、そして楽器を触る時のマナー)帰ってもらいました。その際、オープンして閉じただけなのですが、キーカバーをピアノの中に置いたまま閉じるという、考えられないミスをしたのです。違和感を感じたのですが、信じたゆえにその場は伏せていましたが、別の調律師を個人で手配してオープンした時に発覚。調律師にクレームを入れると傲慢な態度。店長に連絡。そこからの折り返しで、はじめて調律師から心から(かたちだけ？)の謝罪の言葉。一事が万事とはこのことです。三浦ピアノという老舗ゆえに、そのブランド力を信じて割高の料金も了承したのですが、話になりません。元を返せば、初回の調律師も実際感じは良くなかった。が、腕はよかった。店長はいい人です。そこが救いです。買う人、調律お願いする人、こういう思いをした人間がいることを頭の片隅にいれて、当ピアノ店をご利用下さい。どうにも、許せません。過去こんなに腹の立つ音楽関係者に出会ったことはありません。 I am sorry for the store manager, but the rating is 1 for a disappointing tuner.
