防音賃貸を多く扱ってるから楽器にも詳しくなるのかな、ぼくもっと有名になりますね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 娘の一人暮らしの部屋を探す為、ルームカフェ渋谷店を利用しました。音楽系の大学のため、楽器演奏や歌の練習を自宅でもできるよう防音部屋の物件を探していました。
やはり一人娘なので防音だけでなく、セキュリテイもしっかりしている所も必須で、色々と要望を伝えてしまいましたが、嫌な顔せず要望を聞いてくれ、それにあう物件をいくつか提示してくれました。
いくつか内見をし、娘も私も気に入った物件を見つける事が出来ました。色々と親身になってくださりありがとうございました。

どうやらお忘れのようでした。
当然のことですが、その物件に決めるか否かの判断のために確認をお願いしています。
確認を怠った状態で契約周りを進められても、
決めるに決められないのですが…
その他、細かい点で、約束が守られないことも多く、
仲介業者でありながら、介在価値がないと判断し、断りをいれたところ。
長文でお怒りのご連絡を頂きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実家で音楽活動をしていたのですが、いい加減出て行けと言われてしまって、それで東京都内の職場から近い賃貸物件を探していました。私の場合、歌も楽器もするので、できれば防音質がある部屋はなかと探していた時にこちらの不動産屋を見つけて相談しにいったところ、好みの物件を次々と紹介してもらうことができました。ちょうど見学に行った部屋が私の希望通りの物件だったこともあり、予算もギリギリ合う感じだったので、契約させてもらいました。移り住んでからは、自分の好きな時間だけ練習することができるので、実家にいた時より楽しい毎日を過ごしていますよ！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 楽器を始めるにあたって心配していたことが練習場所でした。下手な時期こそ家で練習したいので東京の楽器可の物件を探すことにしましたが思いの外見つからず、最終的にルームカフェ渋谷店で見つけられました。対応してくれた人はよくある不動産屋のベタベタしか感じがなく、自分的にはすごく気持ちよく部屋探しができました。防音物件は自分で探すと全然見つけられなかったのでめちゃくちゃ助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話にてネット検索でヒットした物件について聞いたのですが、話し方が高圧的で態度がとんでもなく悪い。
最後、電話の切り方もとてつもなく早口で定型文を言った後にガチャ切り。オラついた喋り。
完全に素人どころか悪徳業者すれすれの、雑な会社です。
他に同じようなレビュー書いてる人がいますが私以上に酷い扱いをされた方々が多いので気の毒過ぎます。
すごく、すごく不快でした。
Googleのレビューは誰でもいくらでも書けるので、星５つなど高評価のレビューはほぼ確実にこの会社の人間ですよ。
本当に評価高い会社の人間はこのような対応の仕方をするはずがありません。
下手に契約して後から問題など起こる怖さもあります。
絶対に、こんな会社の物件は契約しない事をおすすめします。
然るべきところに報告すると書いてる人もいます。
