山	山田真子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初のは聞こえのいい話をされますが、不動産関連は別として、実際には必ずしも実業・医業の知識や経験が豊富なわけではないようで、子細な話になると、結局は「わかりません」とか「確認します」で終わってしまうことが多いと思いました。提示してくる資料や数字も根拠に乏しかったり、単純なミスも多いように感じました。また、対象の事業に飽きてしまうとやる気なく惰性で業務をされているように感じられる場面もありました。肝になる部分は結局外部に再委託している部分も多いようでした。私はもう直接のお付き合いからは手を引きましたが、「どんぶり勘定でもウチはやっていけます！」という方寛容的な方なら、お付き合いしても良い会社かなと感じます。 At first, it sounds nice, but apart from real estate related things, it seems that you do not necessarily have a lot of knowledge and experience in business/medical industry.
