営業しているか不安だったので、電話したのですがとても丁寧に教えてもらえたので、迷わずに行けました。
ステーキ用で購入したのですが、家に帰って焼く前の下ごしらえをしようと思ったら、既に筋の部分に数カ所切れ目が入っており、すぐに焼いても大丈夫な状態になってました。素晴らしい。
水分をしっかり拭き取って、塩胡椒を揉み込み、中火で温めたフライパンで、ジュ〜と焼いて食べました。
家でこんなにいいステーキを焼くのは初めてだったので、ネットでよく調べて焼きました。
とても柔らかく美味しいステーキで、高級レストランで食べるようなお肉をたっぷりいただけました。
家で特別な１日を味わいたい時に、またお伺いします！

こぢんまりしたお店ですが、美味しいお肉が揃っています。また、揚げ物も美味しくてコロッケやロースカツ、唐揚げ、メンチカツなど、誰もが好きそうなメニューが勢揃い。
個人的にはカニクリームコロッケがおすすめです。いつも元気な店員さんがいるので、気持ちよく買い物ができますよ！
