この「土地改良区カード」は存在からしてかなりのレアアイテムですが、水土里（みどり）ネットが作成と配布を推奨し、群馬や栃木でいくつかの配布例はあるようです。
そしてそのカードをもらいに行きましたが、土地改良区の職員さんはたいへん快く分けてくださいました。
