エアコンの修理依頼をしようと、電話しましたが、後で、折り返し連絡すると言うことで、２日間待ってましたが、連絡がこなく、また、こちらから、連絡すると、事務員が、来てないから、来たら折り返し連絡すると言うことで、待ってましたが、また、連絡は、来なく、連絡すると、電話の社員は、やめたから、修理予約は、破棄と、電話がありました。修理をするしない前に、対応や、常識的な事が出来ない会社です。修理依頼をしても、信頼性がまったくないので、他の会社に依頼しました。依頼の前に、電話するだけで、嫌な感じになるので、依頼等は、やめた方がいいです。消費者センターの方に連絡させていただきます。
This company is the worst.

Even if I requested a repair, it was not reliable at all, so I asked another company. Just call before making a request, and it will make you feel uncomfortable. We will contact the consumer center.
