I	Ikea DW on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高確率で出す前より汚れる。原因不明のシミがついてやり直し。数日後取りに行くもスタッフ間の情報共有なく謝罪もなし。イレギュラーな対応になるとスタッフはいつもあたふたしてるし、恐らく、まともなマニュアルがないのだと思う。コートやマフラーはモノを見ずに購入価格のみを根拠に高いメニューを勧めてくる点が信用できない。一度、大切なコートを手洗いで頼み納期未定のため完了後に連絡を貰えることになっていたが、いつまでも連絡がなくこちらから問い合わせると「電話したが出なかった」との回答。明らかに着信も留守電もなく、適当なその場しのぎの印象。更にそのコートは毛玉だらけになっており除去に手間がかかったが明らかに以前よりみすぼらしくなってしまった。カーテンも納期遅延の挙句毛玉だらけ。毛布は異臭がして気持ち悪かったので捨てた。店舗に何を言ってもその場しのぎの回答だし会社HPの問い合わせ先はヤフーメールだし全く信用できない企業。各地に出店しているようだがどこに住んでももう絶対使わないし消えて欲しい。なお芝４丁目の東洋ランドリーは同名の別会社でそちらはちゃんとしたお店。混同したクレーム被害も多いらしくいい迷惑。 It is more likely to get dirty than before. Toyo Laundry on Shiba 4-chome is another company with the same name, and it is a proper shop. There is a lot of confused complaint damage, which is a good nuisance.
