ひ	ひゅーがなつ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ グローヴタワーに13年住んでいます。芝浦アイランド唯一の49階建てタワーマンションです。設備が整っていて、交通面での利便性も高いですが、築13年ということもあり、汚れが目立ちます。カードキーを持っている人についていけば簡単に侵入して行けるため、警備はタワーマンションの中では比較的緩めだと思います。グローヴタワーの住人としては、グローヴタワーよりブルームタワーをお勧めします。 I have lived in Grove Tower for 13 years. This is the only 49-story tower apartment on Shibaura Island. It is well equipped and convenient for transportation, Since it is 13 years old, dirt is noticeable. I think that security is relatively loose in tower apartments because it is easy for someone who has a card key to get in. As a Resident of Grove Tower, we recommend Bloom Tower over Grove Tower.

The neighborhood itself is quiet and nice. There is the Metropolitan Expressway right next to it... the sound of the supercar engine crossing the Rainbow Bridge late at night is loud

Also the bath is just accessible through the bedroom. The bedroom is big, but they could have used the space for something else, like for example the kitchen. The kitchen is so small two people can't walk next to each other freely. The view is great, if you like the height. To be honest I got scared although I can be on high places like tokyo sky tree.
