★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先週画面割れの修理を行いました。
補償のあるなしを選べるようなのですが補償ありがスタンダードなのか、料金説明はなき補償ありの高額な料金を提示されたので、看板の金額と違うんですが〜というと【補償なしの、格安パーツですか？】と、暗にすぐ壊れますよとでもいうような表現でした。
一抹の不安はありましたがそれでも1万近く支払い、まさかそんなにすぐは壊れないだろうと思いましたが、不安は的中。
修理した2日後には画面下部1/4に白い線が出、消えなくなってしまいとても見辛くなっており、いずれ画面全体にひろがり、タッチもきかなくなったりしそうで。画面割れの修理前に戻して欲しいくらいです。
補償ありといってもたった3ヶ月、
半年、1年保証できる品ではないのでしょうね。
レビューは高評価ばかりですが、疑問が残ります。
接客などは問題なく感じはよかったのですが、作業レベルかパーツの品質に問題があるようで、
安心して修理をお任せできると思い、
こちらの店舗を選択したのに大変残念です。
故障の際は価格が高くとも正規店で修理、もしくは買い替えた方が良いかと思われます。

I am very sorry that I chose this store.
In the event of a failure, it may be better to repair or replace it at a regular shop even if the price is high.

30分ほどで綺麗にして頂きましたが、翌日にはもうヒビが入っていました。落としたりしていません ここで修理をお願いする前は通話中に勝手にスピーカーになったりしなかったのに、通話中に画面の誤作動が起きるようになりかなり不便です
3ヶ月の保証有りということですが、修理した翌日に誤作動や割れが発生するなんて思わなかった
ここに修理を依頼する方は気をつけてください
再度修理することになり時間もお金も無駄にかかります

何も言わずに電話切られました。
修理対応できないとしても、人としての「普通」の対応というものがあると思います。
ただ修理して、渡して、はい終了という感じにしか捉えてないんでしょうね。
最悪のお店だと思います。

修理代は約２万でとくに他店に比べて安くもなく高くもなく普通です。店員さんの対応も普通です。
