1.上の階の住人が凄くうるさくて夜中まで騒音を起こしてとても迷惑してました。
2.蛇口が水漏れしてる、網戸が壊れて動かない、排水口から下水の悪臭がする状態で入居させれられました。
3.退去時に架空請求されました。(入居時入り口通路の照明以外は照明器具が無く各部屋の分自費で照明器具を購入して取り付けなきゃ行けなかったのに退去時に各部屋の無かったはずの照明器具を請求されました)
場所はお勧めできますがこの物件本当にやめた方がいいです！
この口コミが別の良い物件探しに繋がること願ってます。

1. The residents on the upper floors were very noisy and made noise until midnight, which was very annoying.
2. I was moved in with the faucet leaking, the screen door broken and not moving, and the sewage stinking from the drain.
3. I was billed fictitiously when I moved out. (There was no lighting equipment other than the lighting of the entrance passage when moving in, and I had to purchase and install the lighting equipment at my own expense for each room, but when I moved out, I was charged for the lighting equipment that should not have been in each room)
I can recommend the location, but you really shouldn't do this!
