店舗内も綺麗で、丁寧な対応をして頂ける店舗です。

まず車で来るのか等の質問もなし。
現場で落ち合あるかの旨を伝えましたが質問と違う答えが返ってきました。
大丈夫かな？という不安がよぎりお店に着くと、
担当の方がまずお越しいただきありがとうございます。のお礼もなし。
気になっている物件の見積もりを出していただいたいたが、あきらかにおかしく必要ない金額が含まれていたのでその旨お伝えしましたが
黙り込む一方。そしてそれならダメですねと言わんばかりの雰囲気だったのでお店を出ました。ドアが閉まってるのか気づいてないのか、お店の方たちのこそこそ話が聞こえすごく嫌な気持ちになりました。
また別の某不動産会社へ足をはこんだところ、
大東建託シーリングの方が仰っていた必要ない項目の請求はなかったです。
さらに驚くことにこちらの不動産に確認してもらったところ子供不可とのこと。
大東建託シーリングの方には子供は大丈夫だった（コールセンターにも確認済み）のに、
驚きました。
裏で何かの力が働いたのか、大東建託シーリングさんの確認不足なのかどちらにせよ不信感しかありません。もう2度と利用しません。大東建託のアパートも利用しません。

There was no request for unnecessary items that Daito Trust Construction said.
Even more surprisingly, when I asked this real estate to confirm, it was said that children were not allowed.
The child was okay for Daito Trust Construction (confirmed at the call center),
I was surprised.
Whether something has worked behind the scenes or Daito Trust Construction's lack of confirmation, there is only distrust. I will never use it again. We do not use Daito Trust Construction apartments either.

志賀さんには大変お世話になりました。内覧会には車で連れて行ってくれて、質問にも丁寧に答えてくれました。日本でアパートを探すのに仲介業者を利用したのは初めてでしたが、これほどまでに素晴らしく、問題のない経験になるとは思ってもみませんでした。
次回もいい部屋ネットのサービスを利用させていただきたいと思います。

We were looking for an apartment in Tachikawa and got in contact with this agency. First we were intimidated because it was the first time for us using an agency to find an apartment in Japan, but Shiga-san was very helpful and patient with our limited Japanese. He drove us directly to 3 locations on the first day and then to two others on the following week. He was always friendly, keeping up small talk and answering all our questions. We never would have thought, that finding an apartment and actually getting the apartment we wanted would be such an unproblematic experience.

When I was looking for an apartment in Tachikawa, I came across a nice room net. We received a friendly welcome and considered our wishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to find an apartment and they were very very helpful. Kodama San went above and beyond to help me and my fiancé find the best place for us in one day. He drove us from one part of Tokyo to another just to show us all 3 apartments that we wanted to see. The next day we were able to sign our contract and within less than a month we were able to move into our new place. The best part is that even though they don’t speak much English here, they will contact a translator to help the contract signing procedure go as smoothly as possible. They make sure that before you sign, you understand everything clearly. I highly recommend coming here especially as a foreigner.
